Will never go back! After machines took money I had to make a several calls to find the person to refund it. After finally getting a hold of her she said just call next time I'm in town and she'll return it. 2 months later I've called nearly every time I'm in town. No refund. She calls me back nearly belligerent, saying I'm lying about the phone calls, that I didn't leave messages, and she's there now. So I should drop everything and go up there now... She has no people skills and was rude beyond belief, nearly threatening.
I didn't think to search reviews on car washed... But one from a year ago said change machine was out. Still is but no out of order sign. $10. When it didn't give quarters I looked around and tons of out of order signs. Number is disconnected & they won't answer other number. Won't go back.
Pretty poor results. The automatic section wasn't working on all functions and I ended with a car worse than when I pulled in.
Vacuum takes your money and doesn't even work!

Charged me $30 for a 5:23 wash. Never going back.
Change machine did not work. I tried using the card feature, it also didn't work. Luckily I was able to trade a guy for some quarters. I was charged $10 on my card for service I did not receive. I will be calling for my money back. If I am treated fairly I will gladly return to use this facility as it is right by where I stay.
